We all grew up believing it was a place of the past. The ground where it once stood was nothing more than a reminder of what could happen should someone rebel against the Capitol. But underneath the real story was working, planning, and plotting. The Capitol had thought they’d done themselves some good by leaving District Thirteen alone, by giving them their type of independence. But Coin was never the type to walk away peaceful.
